Craig is an award winning Production Designer for Film and Television.
Craig has received three Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television Production Design nominations winning a Best Production Design Award for The Atwood Stories.
Educated as an Interior Designer, Craig graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the University of Manitoba winning the University Gold Medal and the Thesis Prize that year.
Craig was subsequently invited to join the Department of Interior Design as an Assistant Professor lecturing in design, drawing and theory; a position he held for a number of years.
When not designing in Film, Craig has a private Interior Design practice designing for clients across the country. He’s also a Scenic and Costume Designer for Theatre; having designed over 50 stage plays.
Craig is equally at home designing for Film or Television bringing a fluent understanding of contemporary thru period aesthetics to any project.
Recent film credits include the feature REASONABLE DOUBT for Lionsgate with Samuel L. Jackson and Dominic Cooper, the Series BURDEN of TRUTH for CBC, the feature WAIT TILL HELEN COMES with Sophie Nelisse, Set Decorating A DOG’S PURPOSE for DreamWorks directed by Lasse Hallstrom, the features THE MOTHER and THE BEAR a 2024 Official Selection for TIFF and LOVE HURTS starring Ke Huy Quan and Ariana Debose for 87North and Universal Pictures.
Working with the CHUCKY franchise for NBCUniversal Craig has designed the features CURSE of CHUCKY and CULT of CHUCKY and most recently the Series CHUCKY for SYFY and USA Network.
Craig also designed the feature FLAG DAY for MGM directed by Sean Penn which was a 2021 Official Selection for the Festival De Cannes.
Next Craig will be designing the feature THREAD: AN INSIDEOUS TALE directed by Jeremy Slater for Sony Pictures.
